Terry Garland founded Garland & Associates in 1990. Since that time, the company has grown and now serves clients across the country, with offices located in West Des Moines, Iowa and Carlsbad, California and a satellite location in Iowa City, Iowa.

We primarily represent individuals, small-to-medium sized businesses, and medical professionals allowing them access to a wide variety of specialized services and investment vehicles to fit their specific needs.
